What does the R-307 sign mean?
No stopping or parking
Meaning
You may neither stop nor park on the side of the carriageway where the sign stands. Unless stated otherwise, it runs from the sign to the next junction in your direction of travel.

R-301Maximum speedYou may not exceed the speed shown, in km/h. It applies from the sign until the next end-of-speed-limit, end-of-restrictions or different maximum-speed sign — unless it shares a post or board with a danger-warning sign, in which case it ends when the hazard does. On a road without priority it stops applying once you leave a junction with a priority road.
